Designed for scale — with HDFC Bank serving over 85 million customers across India, every design decision had to account for massive user diversity and technical scalability.
Learned to understand, simplify, and design for high-stakes financial journeys, where even a small UX friction could lead to user anxiety or drop-offs.
Developed a strong understanding of RBI regulations and how they influence digital design decisions in banking (for example, data privacy, KYC norms, and secure communication).
Gained experience in balancing business goals, user trust, and compliance requirements while maintaining an intuitive user experience.
